STORM
COACHING
Corporate Coaching
The Storm Coaching programmes can be delivered as group programmes or 1:1 coaching programmes.
Leadership Coaching Programme
"In order to realize the worth of the anchor we need to feel the stress of the storm." ~ Corrie Ten Boom
Storm coaching offers 1:1 coaching across businesses from CEOs and business owners to senior leaders. EQi 360 psychometric assessments are often combined with coaching to support leaders with self awareness and an understanding of their emotional intelligence and how this impacts their relationships. Coaching will focus on areas that could be improved, enabling leaders to feel empowered, empowering and supportive of their clients.
Staff Retention and Appreciation
"The heart of man is very much like the sea, it has its storms, it has its tides and in its depths it has its pearls too." ~Vincent Van Gogh
What’s better than a pat on the back or praise for your best staff? Investment in their whole self. People need to feel valued and a coaching programme is a tangible reward for your best staff. They feel valued and appreciated and are able to use the programme to grow their whole self, both in their work capacity and their personal life. This keeps your employees happy and motivated to be their best selves.. what more could you ask for?!
Parental & Carers Leave
"Sometimes the greatest storms bring out the greatest beauty...Life can be a storm, but your hope is a rainbow and your friends and family are the gold." ~ Steve Maraboli
When your employees take a period of leave they can feel ostracised from work, less confident about their ability, unsure of who they are and challenged by the combining roles in their life. Each person is unique and with their own issues to face. Offering the support of a coaching programme allows your people to come back to work feeling empowered and ready to return, removes anxieties and gives clarity and the direction they would like to move in.
Life Crises
“This storm will pass. Although, it has tested our strength, our foundations, our roots, we will arise stronger, wiser, and smarter. The best is yet to come.” ~ Charles F Glassman
What do you do for your staff when they face huge life challenges out of work? How can you support them? Coaching allows your employees to feel cared for and looked after whilst being in an impartial space without fear of their situation affecting their role or identity at work. Whether working through serious illness, bereavement, divorce or any other major change, a coach can be supportive in helping people to find a way through the difficult time they are facing.
